Rema has reacted to one of his numerous achievements which is his Guinness World Record with the song ‘Calm Down.’
Talented singer and performer Divine Ikubor who is popularly known as Rema, took to his social media platform today, Friday, May 19, 2023, to speak about his Guinness World Record of having the first song to debut on the newly introduced MENA (Middle East and North Africa) chart by the IFPI.
His hit song ‘Calm Down’ which has surpassed over one billion streams became the first song to top the MENA music streaming chart. The figures for the Middle East and North Africa chart were gotten from the digital streaming platforms such as Apple Music, Spotify and so on available in 13 countries of the MENA region.
Rema was excited about this achievement and he took to his social media platform to share a short message that read:
